It is my go-to running route.  I go down our road to Evans;  take a right on Evans; go about 1\/4 mile to Watson and turn right again.  It is maybe a mile to the end of Watson, the last little bit is on gravel under arching trees, just the remains of a road really, ending at a gate. There is a widow-maker dead tree which I try not to linger at; hasn&#8217;t fallen on me yet. I took some scrap metal and a couple of old gel-cell batteries to the scrap yard today.
