I just finished a book, Popular Crime<\/a> by Bill James.<\/p>\n

I thought it was very interesting.\u00a0 The book is a review of crimes that were in the news, the big news stories of their day, and the books that describe those events.<\/p>\n

Mr James has some interesting commentary about journalism, prison policy, crime statistics and other topics incidental to crime and crime fiction.\u00a0 He writes in a very engaging informal style.<\/p>\n

It was a fun book to read.<\/p>\n
