{"id":5757,"date":"2017-03-11T10:18:25","date_gmt":"2017-03-11T16:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5757"},"modified":"2017-03-11T10:20:54","modified_gmt":"2017-03-11T16:20:54","slug":"a-good-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5757","title":{"rendered":"A good run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run: 5.5 miles]<\/p>\n<p>My Saturday running club appointment in Starkville is in some disarray since the regular venue got shut down.<\/p>\n<p>This morning my wife was aiming to be speedy and I didn&#8217;t think I had that in me.\u00a0 So I did a slow 5 miles on one of my old routes: <a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=60\">St. Paul&#8217;s Church on Robinson Road<\/a>.\u00a0 It&#8217;s been awhile since I went that way. I don&#8217;t usually go that far during the week.\u00a0 And when I run with the wife we stick to paved roads, she doesn&#8217;t like gravel.<\/p>\n<p>The trees are budding out.\u00a0 We have red buds showing some color and wisteria is just starting to come out.<\/p>\n<p>It was cloudy and I got rained on twice, just sprinkles really.\u00a0 It was about 45 F, so a bit cool with the rain.
