[Today’s run: ~ 2 miles]<\/p>\n
I went for a quick run this evening after work.\u00a0 I couldn’t do my regular 3.5 miles because I had an appointment down in Brooksville at a blood drive. This is the place where they give me a cinnamon roll after the blood donation.\u00a0 Yum.<\/p>\n
I did my quick run, downed a bottle of water, cooled off for a bit, then headed out for Brooksville.\u00a0 I got there just in time for my appointment.\u00a0 The nice lady took me into the little portable booth thing and I pulled out my ID card.\u00a0 She looked me up in the computer and determined that it had not been 90 days since my last blood donation.\u00a0 Can’t do it.\u00a0 Well, bummer.<\/p>\n
So I came back home and cooked up a bit of popcorn as a consolation prize.<\/p>\n
