Other than the running group on Saturday morning and church on Sunday morning we had a quiet weekend.<\/p>\n
I was able to do the whole “poor house” loop on Saturday, 8.8 miles with maybe 1\/2 a mile of that being walking and the rest a good steady pace trot.\u00a0 This is the second week I’ve run with Dr. Seth and I really enjoy talking to him.<\/p>\n
Our hosts for the Saturday morning group are calling it quits after 20 years, come December.\u00a0\u00a0 And they are gone the next two weekends.\u00a0 So various people are thinking about what the next phase is for the Saturday group.\u00a0 I have not heard any direct instructions yet.\u00a0 They have a website so I plan to check that later this week.<\/p>\n
