{"id":5493,"date":"2016-08-12T22:08:53","date_gmt":"2016-08-13T03:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5493"},"modified":"2016-08-12T22:25:57","modified_gmt":"2016-08-13T03:25:57","slug":"iowa-state-fair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5493","title":{"rendered":"Iowa State Fair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run: 4 miles]<\/p>\n<p>I spent a bit of yesterday evening and most of today at the Iowa State Fair.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoy going to the fair.\u00a0 We didn&#8217;t go for a long time.\u00a0 We went in 2012 and then again in 2014.\u00a0 And now this year.<\/p>\n<p>Today I watched some Cowboy Ride &amp; Shoot activities which involves riders who shoot at balloons while they steer their horses around barrel-racer-style.
