{"id":5197,"date":"2016-01-06T20:34:54","date_gmt":"2016-01-07T02:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5197"},"modified":"2016-01-06T20:37:00","modified_gmt":"2016-01-07T02:37:00","slug":"another-new-gizmo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5197","title":{"rendered":"Another new gizmo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[today&#8217;s run: 3.55 miles]<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s run is the same run I have been doing for years.\u00a0 But today I did it wearing my new GPS watch, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Suunto-Ambit2-Fitness-Watch-Lime\/dp\/B00C3RFDS2\/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1452133996&amp;sr=8-4&amp;keywords=suunto+ambit2+s\">Suunto Ambit2 S<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It has a GPS, obviously, and it has an upload thingy and I uploaded my run to the website where <a href=\"http:\/\/www.movescount.com\/moves\/move88748629\">everyone can see what I did<\/a>.\u00a0 And I posted it on Facebook.\u00a0 Am I getting annoying enough yet? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>A local runner we know had bought this thing awhile back and didn&#8217;t like it so she advertised it on the local running group&#8217;s facebook page.\u00a0 And it languished there awhile until my wife decided she could do us both a favor\u00a0 (the other runner and I) by buying it and giving it to me.<\/p>\n<p>So there you have it.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve been calling this run 3.4 miles all along and now I know it is 3.5+.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[today&#8217;s run: 3.55 miles] Today&#8217;s run is the same run I have been doing for years.\u00a0 But today I did it wearing my new GPS watch, a Suunto Ambit2 S.
