{"id":5137,"date":"2015-11-29T07:56:31","date_gmt":"2015-11-29T13:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5137"},"modified":"2015-11-29T10:12:21","modified_gmt":"2015-11-29T16:12:21","slug":"thanksgiving-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=5137","title":{"rendered":"Thanksgiving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Friday: 3 miles; Saturday 4+ miles]<\/p>\n<p>We had a nice extended weekend for Thanksgiving.\u00a0 On Thursday morning we got up early and drove to New Harmony for the half marathon.\u00a0 I was a spectator.<\/p>\n<p>Then we drove home and visited with a house full of relatives while the turkey was roasting.\u00a0 We had Thanksgiving dinner around 3 and it was delicious.\u00a0 We also opened Christmas presents since many of the people in attendance were going to be out of town for Christmas this year.<\/p>\n<p>Friday I did just a small bit of shopping.\u00a0 We also tore up the old cheap sheet flooring in the kitchen in anticipation of new tile.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday was running club in the morning, painting some of the front porch railing in mid-day, then the Egg Bowl football game in the evening.\u00a0 (The Egg Bowl is the annual intra-state rivalry game between Mississippi State and Ol&#8217; Miss.\u00a0 MSU hosted, and lost.)<\/p>\n<p>[I had a couple of paragraphs in here about a strained personal relationship&#8230; thought better of it.]<\/p>\n<p>Here is a picture of our bare kitchen floor and the cabinets we have and a sample of the tile we are considering.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?attachment_id=5141\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5141\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5141\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_20151129_100026_507-675x1200.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20151129_100026_507\" width=\"675\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_20151129_100026_507-675x1200.jpg 675w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_20151129_100026_507-576x1024.jpg 576w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_20151129_100026_507.jpg 1836w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Friday: 3 miles; Saturday 4+ miles] We had a nice extended weekend for Thanksgiving.\u00a0 On Thursday morning we got up early and drove to New Harmony for the half marathon.\u00a0 I was a spectator.
