On my lunch break yesterday I drove into town and visited the junkyard.\u00a0 This place is sort of a u-pick-it type of operation.\u00a0 I was looking for an air filter box for the ’94 Ford pickup.<\/p>\n
I did find a Bronco and two F-150s of the same body style of my truck.\u00a0 They may have been +\/- a year or two.\u00a0 I found the air filter box.\u00a0 I also got some heater control knobs, a jack and jack-tool, a vent director thingy, and a spare tire.\u00a0 I realized this morning that I don’t have a lug wrench so I will have to look for that on my next trip.<\/p>\n
I was up early this morning and got everything installed.\u00a0 Everything fit just fine.<\/p>\n
The tire and rim were a bit pricey, I thought.\u00a0 But everything else was very reasonable.<\/p>\n
I have ordered a passenger-side door handle, headlights, tailgate handle, and some other stuff from rockauto.com.\u00a0 That should arrive either today or Monday.\u00a0 It will give me something to do over the weekend!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
