Collins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today: 4.8 miles]<\/p>\n<p>From my hotel I ran south and east through mixed residential and business.\u00a0 Then I caught the &#8220;Power Trail&#8221;, one of the network of bike trails in Ft.
