I worked a bit on the FM antenna for the radio station.\u00a0 Ray is supposed to stop by tomorrow with an antenna analyzer and maybe we will be able to measure the resonant point.\u00a0 He provided me with a chart which seems to indicate that I need approximately 6-1\/4 inches of extension on both arms to get it to resonate at my desired frequency.\u00a0 That’s going to make hash of the V vs. R radiation pattern.\u00a0 I had already built some 2-1\/2 inch extensions.\u00a0 If we measure with those in place, maybe I can compare to the chart and extrapolate a bit, then build some longer extensions.<\/p>\n
