It’s been cold in Alabama this week.\u00a0 This morning there was frost on my windshield.\u00a0 I understand it was also cold in Mississippi.<\/p>\n
We had a another good class today at the Alabama Broadcaster’s Association.\u00a0 I’ve been a bit surprised that there were not more LPFM people at the class.\u00a0 There is one other than me, Len Doughty from KPGC-LP in Norman, Arkansas.\u00a0 With a thousand new LPFM stations, I was expecting to see a full class. There are the two of us LPFM’ers and three guys from commercial stations.<\/p>\n
I have one more full day of class.\u00a0 Then I think Friday is supposed to be review and the test.\u00a0 I am opting out of the test because I can get the same certification already due to my Amateur Extra Class license for ham radio.\u00a0\u00a0 I have a need to drive up into Tennessee, and I think I will do that on Friday and then go on home.\u00a0 I’m not 100% sure if I will do that.<\/p>\n
I’m looking forward to returning home.\u00a0 I think the class has been worthwhile and I’m glad I came.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
