{"id":4669,"date":"2015-01-10T19:47:42","date_gmt":"2015-01-11T01:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4669"},"modified":"2015-01-10T19:47:42","modified_gmt":"2015-01-11T01:47:42","slug":"quiet-day-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4669","title":{"rendered":"Quiet Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today: 4 miles]<\/p>\n<p>I ran today over in Starkville, did a short route with Don and had a nice visit.<\/p>\n<p>Came home, worked some on my mass mailing.\u00a0 I see now that there are 500 entries on my address list, not 200.\u00a0 I am up to around 175 so far.\u00a0 All of that has gone into the mail box and is on the way.\u00a0 I bought 100 stamps on Friday and they are almost gone.\u00a0 I hope to be completely through the list by the end of next week.<\/p>\n<p>We watched a couple of episodes of Blue Bloods and the Tom Cruise movie &#8220;Jack Reacher&#8221; which my son had told me was not very good.\u00a0 (My opinion: &#8230; average.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve seen worse.)<\/p>\n<p>Now I am just goofing off on the internet.\u00a0 I need to go read a book or something.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Today: 4 miles] I ran today over in Starkville, did a short route with Don and had a nice visit.
