{"id":4584,"date":"2014-11-05T18:11:45","date_gmt":"2014-11-06T00:11:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4584"},"modified":"2014-11-05T18:11:45","modified_gmt":"2014-11-06T00:11:45","slug":"dsts-revenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4584","title":{"rendered":"DST&#8217;s revenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Monday: 3.4 miles]<\/p>\n<p>It had been my habit in the last few weeks to go for a short run after dinner a couple of evenings per week, in addition to the morning run on Saturday over in Starkville.<\/p>\n<p>But we switched back from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time on Sunday and that messed me up.\u00a0 Monday I ran in the dark with two flashlights.\u00a0 And, frankly, I don&#8217;t feel like doing that again tonight so I probably won&#8217;t run at all.\u00a0 The dark just came too fast.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to have to get into winter running mode.\u00a0 That means I run at lunch time or just some break time during the day.\u00a0 When I worked at the office in Colorado I would frequently go out about 10:30 in the morning.\u00a0 That seemed to be about the right time for me.\u00a0 Since I&#8217;m working remotely, I don&#8217;t think people care when I do it as long as I answer the phone when they call.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Monday: 3.4 miles] It had been my habit in the last few weeks to go for a short run after dinner a couple of evenings per week, in addition to the morning run on Saturday over in Starkville.
