[today’s run: 5+ miles]<\/p>\n
I ran with my wife today.\u00a0 We covered some of the same territory that she covered by herself yesterday.\u00a0 She told me that an old guy in a hunting truck followed her for more than a mile after his accosting her and remarking on how “purdy” she was, multiple times.\u00a0 Not cool.<\/p>\n
So we went that same way and I was hoping to meet the same guy and have some words with him.<\/p>\n
But he didn’t show up.<\/p>\n
The hunting rig (camo-painted mini-truck) was parked at the little cabin she said the guy came from, so sure enough.\u00a0 And we know who owns that property from the online records.\u00a0 I don’t know for sure the guy that talked to her is the owner, but I think it is more than likely.\u00a0 If it is, the guy is not uneducated or a hick.\u00a0 But he does have a reputation of workplace sexual harassment\u00a0 (according to what we’ve read in the papers).<\/p>\n
She’s not going to go that way without escort until we get that guy sorted out.<\/p>\n
