[Today’s run: 6 miles, about 1\/3 walking]<\/p>\n
This morning’s run was very hot.\u00a0 And I ran last night also.\u00a0 The result was that I made it to the first water stop and headed back slow but ended up walking some before I made it all the way in.<\/p>\n
I noticed that other folks were also walking today.\u00a0 It was hot.<\/p>\n
After the run I met my son at his apartment and we did some more work on cleaning it out.\u00a0 We made some good progress on that.\u00a0 I washed some of the walls and he boxed some stuff up.\u00a0 We brought some of it home and left some to transport later.<\/p>\n
This afternoon he was kicking around in the kitchen trying to find some inspiration about lunch.\u00a0 I was giving him a hard time about not being able to feed himself.\u00a0 Then, while I was in the shower he went to the store and bought a couple of nice steaks and some other ingredients for a really nice dinner.\u00a0 We had veggies cooked on the grill, steak, and a nice spinach salad.\u00a0 So yes, he does know how to feed himself!<\/p>\n
I watched two episodes of “Longmire”, a detective show set in Wyoming, on Netflix.\u00a0 And we tossed the frisbee a bit in the front yard then played scrabble this evening.<\/p>\n
