[Today’s run: 3.4 miles]<\/p>\n
We had frozen pizza for dinner this evening.\u00a0 While we watched “Argo” I ate the rest.\u00a0 So that meant I was over my calorie goal for the day.\u00a0 After the movie I took a flashlight and went for a 40 minute run.\u00a0 That should put me back in the green, just barely.<\/p>\n
Today I got an order for a WMFH-LP t-shirt.\u00a0 That is our first order from the website.\u00a0 Kind of a kick!\u00a0 Late last week we got a letter from the IRS that they are working on our 501(c)3 application.\u00a0 They said in the letter that it may be 90 days or it may take longer if they have to ask for more information.<\/p>\n
I was supposed to do some followup underwriting calls today but did not get any done.\u00a0 I need to hit that tomorrow.<\/p>\n
We worked with the bees a little bit on Monday afternoon.\u00a0 Our new package hives seem to be doing very well.\u00a0 The vigorous existing hive was strangely quiet, more quiet than it should have been .\u00a0 We are thinking that it may have swarmed and some of the population left.\u00a0 So we took off a full super of honey and got 13 jars out of it.\u00a0 That will reduce the amount of real estate that the depleted population has to defend from bugs and wax moths.\u00a0 We hope they make a comeback.\u00a0 If they are able to raise up a new queen and get things going they should be fine.<\/p>\n
