{"id":4157,"date":"2014-02-06T22:08:51","date_gmt":"2014-02-07T04:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4157"},"modified":"2014-02-06T22:28:21","modified_gmt":"2014-02-07T04:28:21","slug":"slug-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=4157","title":{"rendered":"Slug City"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run:\u00a0 big fat zero]<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure if I have been a big fat slug or a chicken with it&#8217;s head cut off\u00a0 (as the saying goes).<\/p>\n<p>The last few days have been busy around here.\u00a0 We had a gang of men working in the house to replace our compete HVAC system.\u00a0 They tore out the air handling equipment in the hall closet and took out the AC unit outside.\u00a0 Then they put all new stuff in.\u00a0 They also did some work on the ducts, replaced registers, and even took out a couple of bushes that were in the way.<\/p>\n<p>This is supposed to fix us up with more efficient heat and cooling and last for 10 years, at least.\u00a0 One last step to be done is having another R-19 of insulation blown into the attic.\u00a0 That may happen next week.<\/p>\n<p>I haven&#8217;t gone for a run.\u00a0 I haven&#8217;t taken the dog for a walk.\u00a0 No exercise.\u00a0 But I did get 5000 steps on my fit bit yesterday just running around the house.. and 6300 today.\u00a0 So maybe it&#8217;s not complete Jabba-the-Hut condition\u00a0 quite yet.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a picture of the new closet unit while they were putting it in.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?attachment_id=4160\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4160\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4160\" alt=\"IMG_20140205_120411_825\" src=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_20140205_120411_825-675x1200.jpg\" width=\"675\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_20140205_120411_825-675x1200.jpg 675w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_20140205_120411_825-576x1024.jpg 576w, http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_20140205_120411_825.jpg 1836w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run:\u00a0 big fat zero] I&#8217;m not sure if I have been a big fat slug or a chicken with it&#8217;s head cut off\u00a0 (as the saying goes).
