I decided yesterday to jump back into the BeagleBoneBlack and weather station stuff.\u00a0 My unit here was running the weather station ok but I never had fixed up the boot-up stuff to start things automatically.<\/p>\n
So I dug into that and turned out to make an even bigger mess.\u00a0 I have decided to give up on the current USB\/WIFI dongle I’m using and go get a different one that uses a more compatible chipset.\u00a0 That should come early next week.\u00a0 Until then the Columbus weather station is offline.<\/p>\n
I put a temporary capacitor into the spectrum analyzer, enough of a fix to see that it works.\u00a0 That’s a happy development.<\/p>\n
We had a bit of a problem late in the day at the office.\u00a0 The system got locked up because of a miscommunication with the disk array (sort of).\u00a0 That gave all the users about an hour earlier end for the day.\u00a0 It took about 90 minutes to get it going again.<\/p>\n
And I’m working on a new phone.\u00a0 My blackberry started having some problems earlier this week so they sent me a new android phone as a replacement.<\/p>\n
