{"id":3783,"date":"2013-08-14T12:49:10","date_gmt":"2013-08-14T17:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=3783"},"modified":"2013-08-14T12:49:10","modified_gmt":"2013-08-14T17:49:10","slug":"more-out-of-town","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=3783","title":{"rendered":"More out of town"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[today&#8217;s run: about 5 miles]<\/p>\n<p>I arose this morning, took Ash for a walk around the block, then put on my running clothes and did an hour run.\u00a0 I started from the house, went south to the Poudre trail then west into the Water Valley development.\u00a0 After 30 minutes I turned around and went back.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sold on the idea of a housing development near a river being called Water Valley.\u00a0 The name is melodious. But the concept sounds like &#8220;Flood&#8221; to me.\u00a0 But there are plenty of big houses there.\u00a0 So someone must have been happy with the idea.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m working a pretty steady 8:30 &#8211; 5 day so far this week.\u00a0 After work I check in at the Wing Shack to see if daughter is working or whatnot.\u00a0 Then it is back to the house to watch Netflix or whatever.\u00a0 Last night I mowed the lawn then watched an episode of &#8220;Lewis&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[today&#8217;s run: about 5 miles] I arose this morning, took Ash for a walk around the block, then put on my running clothes and did an hour run.\u00a0 I started from the house, went south to the Poudre trail then west into the Water Valley development.\u00a0 After 30 minutes I turned around and went back.
