{"id":3729,"date":"2013-07-20T11:52:08","date_gmt":"2013-07-20T16:52:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=3729"},"modified":"2013-07-20T11:52:08","modified_gmt":"2013-07-20T16:52:08","slug":"tired-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=3729","title":{"rendered":"Tired"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run: 14 miles]<\/p>\n<p>There is one feature of marathon training that I now remember:\u00a0 being tired.<\/p>\n<p>We had a nice run today, 7 miles out and 7 miles back.<\/p>\n<p>On the outbound part we had some dog encounters.\u00a0 On the return, I guess all the dogs were inside watching TV.\u00a0 But also on the return it started to get sunny and a bit hot.<\/p>\n<p>My knees are a bit tired.<\/p>\n<p>I remember when I was training for my marathon in 2010 and I would get all creaky when standing up in church.\u00a0 I seem to be headed back that way.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Weighing 10 lbs more now also will contribute.\u00a0 I am about 10 lbs less then what I was 6 months ago, but I have a long way to go.<\/p>\n<p>So that&#8217;s my story for today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run: 14 miles] There is one feature of marathon training that I now remember:\u00a0 being tired.
