[Today’s run: 10 miles with Boardtown Runners]<\/p>\n
After the run this morning we loaded up #1 son’s stuff in his car and in the old pickup truck.\u00a0 We started out for Starkville and his new apartment.<\/p>\n
The old pickup truck stopped a couple of times to adjust the tarp (unsuccessfully).\u00a0 The car stopped because it overheated.<\/p>\n
We congregated in the old truck and got that load delivered.\u00a0 Then we fetched the car, driving slowly, running the heater full blast and stopping often when the needle of the temp gauge got too close to the red mark.<\/p>\n
After unloading the car, we checked out the thermostat (radiator was cool when car was hot!?!).\u00a0 Took that puppy completely out.\u00a0 Car ran cool then.\u00a0 Back to home as a test drive and to pick up some forgotten stuff.\u00a0 Back to Starkville.<\/p>\n
And now, home from Starkville.<\/p>\n
I made the Columbus\/Starkville run 3 and 1\/2 times today.\u00a0 I think we got everything done that we set out to do.<\/p>\n
