But then I put the 50 ohm dummy load at the end of the line and it showed 1.1:1 SWR for the 50 ohm load just like it did for the 75 ohm antenna. That doesn&#8217;t seem right.<\/p>\n<p>I used the swr bridge in field-strength mode and I could tell that the front of the antenna was radiating more than the back or sides. That&#8217;s somewhat comforting.<\/p>\n<p>Well, I think it is as good as I&#8217;m going to get it.
