Had a nice surprise today.<\/p>\n
We’ve been having some trouble with our “canopy”\u00a0 internet service recently.\u00a0\u00a0 It is a small company that covers a few counties around here.<\/p>\n
We have had this internet service for 2-1\/2 years\u00a0 and this is the first time we have had extended trouble with it.\u00a0 During rain storms or fog our signal strength goes way down and we lose our connection.\u00a0 It may be that the antenna has turned a bit in the high winds we had last spring.\u00a0 Or maybe there is something else.<\/p>\n
The surprise was: \u00a0 the service provider called and said they would be coming out to re-direct our antenna, or at least see if something could be done.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is nice that they noticed!<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, the time that they mentioned came and went and no sign of them.\u00a0 I’m hoping they eventually show up tomorrow or even the next day.<\/p>\n
So A+ for the phone call.\u00a0 And D- for not showing up somewhere near the predicted time.\u00a0 If they get us back to a reliable state then good solid B.\u00a0 And I’d be very happy with that.<\/p>\n
