{"id":1792,"date":"2011-11-24T18:08:27","date_gmt":"2011-11-25T00:08:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=1792"},"modified":"2011-11-24T18:08:27","modified_gmt":"2011-11-25T00:08:27","slug":"old-pictures-of-rmnp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=1792","title":{"rendered":"Old pictures of RMNP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run:\u00a0 eat and rest day.\u00a0 I&#8217;m going to have to get out tomorrow or turn in my runner Id card.]<\/p>\n<p>The first time I visited Rocky Mountain National Park I must have been about 8.\u00a0 Our family of 6 slept in a floorless tent.\u00a0 We stayed in the Moraine Park Campground.\u00a0 We ate at the picnic table where my mother cooked for us on a two-burner coleman stove.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t remember any rain, which is good!<\/p>\n<p>Soon we had a pop-up camper.\u00a0 We went to RMNP most summers for a week, sometimes two.\u00a0 It was a lot of fun.<\/p>\n<p>Usually on Wednesday we would go into town and do some shopping while my mother did the laundry.<\/p>\n<p>Somewhere along the line I picked up this little spiral bound book of mini-post card pictures.  Here are a few of the pictures.
