{"id":159,"date":"2011-03-05T16:08:57","date_gmt":"2011-03-05T22:08:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=159"},"modified":"2011-03-05T16:14:17","modified_gmt":"2011-03-05T22:14:17","slug":"boardtown-runners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w0ep.us\/OM\/?p=159","title":{"rendered":"Boardtown Runners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[Today&#8217;s run: Poorhouse Loop\u00a0 8.8 miles]<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday morning I try to get over to Starkville to run with the Boardtown Road Runners.\u00a0 They are a very nice group of people and fun to run with.<\/p>\n<p>The weekly route is determined by about Wednesday, so I check the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardtownrunners.org\/\">website<\/a> to see what we are doing.\u00a0 Then show up on Saturday and away we go.\u00a0 Usually we have from 2 to 3 water stops each week on a route from 8 to 15 miles.\u00a0 Everything is all set up,\u00a0 all I have to do is show up and run.\u00a0 That is real luxury!<\/p>\n<p>Today we did the Poorhouse Loop which is named after Poorhouse Road.\u00a0 As far as I know the poorhouse itself is no longer in existence.\u00a0 But there is a very fine equestrian center on Poorhouse Road.<\/p>\n<p>Today was kind of rainy.\u00a0 I ran with someone that usually is going a different speed than me.\u00a0 But today we were in sync and had a great run.\u00a0 And!
