[Today’s run: 6 miles, mixed running and walking, with Boardtown Runners]<\/p>\n
Got up at 5 am this morning.\u00a0 Staggered around.\u00a0 Ate some oatmeal.\u00a0 Took a quick shower.<\/p>\n
Threw my clothes for the day into blue backpack. Put on running clothes.\u00a0 Got in old pickup truck with wife and dog.\u00a0 Drove to Starkville for running club.<\/p>\n
Ran 3 miles, walked 3 miles, nice conversation both ways.\u00a0 Ate a bit of the post-run food.\u00a0 Changed into regular clothes.<\/p>\n
Walked half a mile to meet up with wife.\u00a0 Drove to in-law house, said “Hi” to sister-in-law and her family.\u00a0 Worked with brother-in-law and father-in-law on house remodel project.\u00a0 Ate lunch, then worked some more.<\/p>\n
Drug myself back to the truck, jumped in and drove home (with wife and dog).<\/p>\n
Built stretcher frame and stretched canvas for wife’s next painting.<\/p>\n
Ate some food.<\/p>\n
Watched three episodes of Adam-12<\/p>\n
