[Today’s run: rest day]
Traveling again. Today I flew to Atlanta then to Denver. On the flight to Denver I was in the middle of three seats. The girl at the window read skiing magazines. The guy on the aisle didn’t have a book or anything. He fidgeted for about an hour then started doing the crossword in the airline magazine after he borrowed a pen from me.
I did fine until I picked up my rental car. Then I got a nasty headache. I don’t know if it was the altitude, not having eaten since breakfast, or maybe the car seat was crazily adjusted.
But, I eventually got myself checked into the hotel and went and had dinner with #1 son up in Ft. Collins. He gave me some ibuprofen too. Between the food and the drugs I was cured.
Now settling in, hope to have a good quiet night’s sleep.
